The City is requesting applications for the following one (1) position 

Position: Operator III

Description: 

     Employee in this class shall take a leadership role and shall be responsible for the productivity and safety of the employees.

Qualifications:  

- Minimum of Grade 12 or its equivalent

- Minimum of 10 years working experience in municipal public works

- Possess a valid class 3A operators license, valid first aid/CPR certificate

- Familiar in the operation of all forms of heavy equipment

- Demonstrate initiative and leadership abilities

- Ability to organize a job site and run it effectively

- Must have certificates in WHMIS, Confined Space Entry, Ground Disturbance, SCBA, Fall Protections, Aerial Platform, Pruning, First Aid and CPR, H2S Alive and a valid Fireman's Certificate.

- Must possess a valid Class 2 'Certificate of Qualification' in Wastewater Treatment, according to the Saskatchewan Environment Operator Certification Board requirements. 

Salary:

     The salary for this position is $23.77 per hour as per existing CUPE Local 456 Agreement.
